-We provide Fine pitch 30um/30um.
-We provide GF1, GFF, GFD.
-We offer small to large sizes: 2″~65″

3. Materials
-And we develop OCA, Protect film, DFR Film, Silver Paste, Tray & Carton box.

4. LCD Module
-We develop TFT LCD modules.
-We provide D/B (Direct Bounding) Solution.
-We can provide LCD Module with reasonable price through our agreement with big LCD module makers.

5. Equipment
-We develop R2R suputter, R2R anneal, R2R D.E.S.
-And it provides back-end maching (USED).
